Dr. Robert H. Gibbons was graduated from Drury University in 1965 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics. He did graduate work in Instrumental Sciences at the Graduate Institute of Technology in Little Rock, AR where he was a Graduate Assistant for NASA (NsG-713 "Instrumental Applications of the Laser") His Master's thesis was "Holography Using A Pulsed Ruby Laser". In 1976 he was awarded a doctorate of humane letters from St. Xavier's University in Calcutta, India.
Robert taught physics at the junior high school, high school and college level. He worked for the Hughes Aircraft Company in Fullerton, CA as associate engineer; Lear-Siegler, Inc. in Anaheim, CA as head, technical publications; and Northrup-Grumman ACD in Springfied, MO as senior laboratory technician. He worked for five years for the City of Springfield Health Department as an air pollution control specialist.
Robert served in the U.S. Army (active duty and reserves) for 21.5 years, retiring at the rank of Captain. He was a Nuclear Medical Science Officer and was assigned to various bases around the country, including Edgewood Arsenal, MD and Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD where he served at staff duty officer for TECOM (Testing & Evaluation Command) requiring a SECRET clearance. He was a survey officer for the U.S. Army Environmental Hygiene Agency, where he surveyed nuclear medicine and x-ray facilities at Army bases around the country. He was a plenary member of the Health Physics Society. In 1990, Robert's unit was activated for Desert Shield/Desert Storm, where Robert was a decorated veteran of the Gulf War.
Robert was Executive Director of the Museum of the Unexplained in Reeds Spring, MO and appeared on Flame TV's "Jane Goldman Investigates" as one of the scientists who tested Bob White's "object" in the episode "Jane Goldman Investiages Aliens". He lives in Springfield, MO.

I am Dr. Robert H. Gibbons, one of the scientists interviewed on the UFO Hunters--Relics show Wednesday night. I can see the skeptics circling their wagons and the discussion has now moved over to this thread. First of all, no plasma torch, no slag, no railroad brake debris can expose dental x-ray film like Bob's object did. Not just a fog but two distinct spots that match exactly the "lobes" on the BWO. Second, the BWO affected the wall safe at Harrah's three nights in a row. Third, I demonstrated for the UFO Hunters that the BWO gives off EMF radiaiton that can be detected all the time with an EMF meter. They taped my test live, but cut it out because of time. Fourth, Bob White has passed four polygraph examinations given by certified polygraph operators who just happened to be active law enforcement officers at the same time, Fifth, Bob's encounter was in 1985. Ten years later in the Grand Junction, CO area, Tim Edwards and his daughter Brandi videotaped a UFO in the daylight very similar to Bob's "mother ship". Both had the two horizontal blue lines. On the same day in the same Grand Junction, CO area, Robert St. John saw the same "mother ship" UFO eject two objects that impacted in the distant hills. He was unable to find where they landed. Sixth, the US Army CIC file 202085 on the internet shows a metallic teardrop-shaped object similar to the BWO that is captioned (their words, not mine) "Flying Saucer from Denmark". Where is the CIC object? Did the scientist at Los Alamos who told Bob his object was extraterrestrial have access to the CIC object? Show me metal from a plasma torch or a welding operation that can do all of the above. Dr. Robert H. Gibbons
The BWO is not "mundane" at all. Show me anything else in the world that can do what the BWO has done over the past 10 years. It exposes x-ray film, has EMF readings measurable, it drained the battery in the Laughlin wall safe, it exposed radiation detectors in San Diego. The scientist in California said it was right on the threshold of being definitely extraterrestrial and we are trying to get tests to prove it. We have had doors slammed in our face at major labs in the country because they don't want to be involved, even though we will pay for the tests. David Lamb did the x-ray diffraction tests and was told not to go on the show, and if he did, he couldn't use his university's name. That's cover-up, that's censorship. Dr. Robert H. Gibbons

For those interested in Robert Gibbons' background. Here it is. Decide for yourself his qualifications.
"Robert was born in Springfield, MO on February 6, 1943, the son of John Robert Gibbons and Frances Jane (Hardy) Gibbons. He is a graduate of Parkview High School and Drury University, having obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics in 1965. While at Drury, Robert was technical director and chairman of the Student Union Board of Governors. He was awarded a summer assistant position at the Argonne National Laboratories near Chicago, IL. Robert did two years of graduate work at the University of Arkansas Graduate Institute of Technology, working towards a Master of Science degree in Instrumental Sciences. His thesis "Holography Using A Pulsed Ruby Laser" was published by NASA as part of the NsG-713 report "Instrumental Applications of the Laser". Robert taught junior high science and physics at the Ozark junior and senior high, physics at SMSU (now MSU) and night classes for the Spring field Public Schools and the Ozark Technical Community College. In 1976, he was awarded an LHD from St. Xavier's College in India."
